It is no secret I LOVE what I do. Like REALLY, REALLY LOVE what I do. Lifestyle photography is such a crucial part telling your story. It is a way to celebrate life and love though portraits. I like to say that each time you come to see me, we are adding a new chapter to your story. Adding to that legacy that will be passed down from generation to generation.
Authentic Portrait Experiences
Gone are the days of cookie cutter photography sessions. I create one of a kind, lifestyle photography experiences. No two sessions are the same. I call my experiences an adventure. The “M” family had a grand adventure. We ran all over the forest, sang songs, wrestled with Dad and of course that was lots of loving on Mama. I remember the first time this family came to me and these boys were SO shy. But this time, this time was different my friends. It makes my heart so happy to see how they have grown and how comfortable they were with me this time around.
All about the moments
There is nothing worse than the stiff, awkward photos you see where everyone is clearly uncomfortable and forcing a smile. Tell me, are those the memories you want to have? What you will have to show your grandkids and their grandkids? I know I don’t. And that is why my clients choose me. My lifestyle photography sessions are all about living in the moment and capturing it, whatever it may be. How your family is in THIS moment, all the other stuff, it doesn’t matter.
Stories to remember
I spend a lot of time before my sessions getting to know my clients. I want to know what they love, what they enjoy doing together, how their children tend to behave towards strangers. Armed with all of this information, I create an experience, one that focuses on things that I know the family enjoys and loves. All of this just adds to the over all feel of my authentic lifestyle photography sessions.
I want to tell your story.
I feel so very strongly about the fact that life must be celebrated. This kind of life. NOT the staged, posed kind of life. I want to give you real, authentic moments; memories.
