Can we just talk about how STUNNING this Mama is? Not going to lie you guys, I was a little jealous, I mean I couldn’t see my own feet when I was pregnant. Nevermind thinking I could ROCK a gown for a fairytale maternity session like this Mama did.
I am sure I am not the only one who wasn’t feeling it during pregnancy. But you know what, you should, you MUST. I regret not having any photos taken of me while I was carrying either one of my kids. I literally do not have not a single photo, you guys! What I do have, however, is loads of regret. I thought of every excuse in the book, but when it came down to it and my kids ask to see photos of me pregnant and I cant show them any. Sad right???
Don’t let this be you Mama! Please! Pregnancy is and should be a time of celebration. I mean you are growing a tiny human in there – cut yourself a break! Even if you are not feeling the gown for photos, that’s fine. I tell my Mama’s to wear whatever they are comfortable in.
Fairytale Maternity Session
I want you to be you and if you are not a dress-wearing kinda gal, rock your jeans and boots or whatever it is that you feel your best in. Let me capture this amazing time in your life for you! That way, when your kids grow up and ask to see photos of when they were in your belly, you amazing, gorgeous photos you will be proud to show them.
I feel so fortunate that I get to call this work. Who else gets to wake up every single day and help families celebrate life & love? I love that I get to tell their story. It is incredible to be able to create a moment in amongst all of the chaos that is new parenthood, where new moms and dads can really just focus on that amazing, tiny human that they created. I am pretty lucky if you ask me!
