So much planning goes into a Newborn Baby Photoshoot. You have to remember to pack what seems like your entire home & get baby bathed, dressed and fed. Oh wait, you have to get yourself ready too! This is such an amazing time for new parents so we’ll focus on that tiny, perfect little bundle of joy that you created. All of my newborn experiences take place in my studio within the first 2 weeks of life.
I specialize in what is called posed newborn portraits. With a few props and cooperation from baby, posed sessions result in images that will make family, friends and social media followers swoon! I have a large selection of fine handcrafted bonnets, tiebacks wraps and outfits. I carefully
select from my collection based on your preferences. Your sweet baby will be safely slumbering in squishy, snuggly poses on a specially made posing pillow or securely positioned in one of our props.
How long will my session last?
A typical posed session lasts anywhere from 1 to 3 hours, and generally requires cooperation from mom and dad. I ask that you plan on 3 hours to ensure that we get the best (and most adorable) results. However, I promise time will fly by and we will be done before you know it!
I recommend booking your Newborn Baby Photoshoot 2-4 months in advance – this is so you can check it off your ever growing to do list. My booking process is so simple you will have everything completed quicker then you can say Baby!

I am here for you! I want your babies first photography session to be enjoyable. Say what??? Photos can be enjoyable you ask? YES! From the second we connect I aim for you to have a stress free, enjoyable newborn baby photoshoot. In my session guide, I have a handy little check list that I call The Success Checklist! It is simply a step by step checklist to prepare for the big day and get everyone picture perfect. Inside you will find tips like don’t schedule vaccinations the day before your session, or if you are planning to bring children please arrange for a parent to leave with them after their part of the session is done (3 hours is a LONG time for a toddler).
I pride myself on effective and open communication with my clients, so I encourage you to reach out, the only stupid question is the one that doesn’t get asked right???
To sum it up, I feel so fortunate that I get to call this work. Who else gets to wake up every single day and help families celebrate life & love? I am so blessed that I get to tell their story. It is incredible to be able to create a moment in amongst all of the chaos that is parenthood, where moms and dads can really just focus on that amazing family that they created. I am pretty lucky if you ask me!
