Spring is right around the corner! With that comes Spring Family Photography sessions! I get so excited for these, I am not sure if it is because everything has been brown and dead outside for what seems like months on end or if I am just ready for winter to be gone. Whatever it is, I find myself getting a little giddy when I see the first few buds on the trees, or that fresh green grass popping up in among the old brown blades. All of that new life so to speak has me itching to get back outside!

If you are trying to figure out a good time for your family photos, Spring is a perfect time! Especially if you are drawn to the pretty pastel color palette that Spring offers. The light in Spring is stunning as well. It compliments the light colors that are so popular just perfectly!
A lot of people think Fall is the best time to do Family Portraits. Don’t get me wrong I LOVE Fall, but Spring is amazing too. You should give it a try, seriously, I think you will love the results!
I feel so fortunate that I get to call this work. Who else gets to wake up every single day and help families celebrate life & love? I love that I get to tell their story. It is incredible to be able to create a moment in amongst all of the chaos that we call life, where moms and dads can really just focus on the amazing family that they created. I am pretty lucky if you ask me!
