Who doesn’t love Colorado fall family photography? The gorgeous colors, the cute sweaters, the laughter, the joy, and the crisp fall air. It’s all just so perfect! Since my focus is on babies and bumps, I have a limited number of family portrait experiences open each year. But I love all aspects of motherhood and watching little ones grow up year after year, is such a joy for me! Fall in Colorado is such a magical and time and it makes for some of the prettiest portraits.
This was a mini portrait experience – I offer these exclusive sessions once a year in case you were wondering! And they are usually in the fall to catch those perfect golden leaves. Even though we had only 20 minutes, I was able to get lots of images that really told their story. I think the ones with Dad are my favorites. It is always so fun when Dads are on board with just playing and loving on their kiddos. These kind of images are much more real than the cookie cutter everybody stand and smile at the camera images, don’t you think? In my family portrait experiences, you will still get a few of the “posed” images, but the majority of your experience will be just that….an experience, an adventure. We will play games, run around, and explore- my goal is for everyone to leave talking about how much fun it was and how time went by so fast!
Colorado Fall Family Photography – N Family
I just love when families are so natural in front of the camera. It makes capturing authentic, real images so easy. The N family was just that. Those kids loved each other so much and they could not stop cuddling and being adorable together. It was amazing and so fun to watch. I loved capturing the parents playing with their kiddos as well. These are the photos these kids will cherish so much when they grow up. These are the photos they will look back on and remember how much fun their childhood was. This is what Colorado fall family photography is all about!
I feel so fortunate that I get to call this work. Who else gets to wake up every single day and help families celebrate life & love? I love that I get to tell their story. It is incredible to be able to create a moment in amongst all of the chaos that is new parenthood, where new moms and dads can really just focus on that amazing, tiny human that they created. I am pretty lucky if you ask me!
